Drifting between nature and dream, Apu weaves fantastical creatures and plants into an ecosystem both familiar and strange. Birds, snakes, plants, and organ-like forms coexist in vivid colors laced with unease, exploring the surreal connections and cycles among living beings. Apu may be a part of nature, or simply a projection of our inner world — each element independent yet interdependent, entangling, clinging, contending in a fragile ecological web.
It invites the question: Is nature an objective world, or a reflection of our emotions and desires? The work speaks to life’s diversity while probing whether our relationship with nature is one of harmony or consumption. A sensory and spiritual dialogue, Apu lets us discover, in delicate textures and flowing colors, the grand yet subtle meaning of life.
